These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StockPrecog website (stockprecog.com), the StockPrecog web application, our APIs, and our official social media channels on platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by StockPrecog ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Not investment advice. StockPrecog provides educational and informational content only. We do not provide personalised investment advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We make no price promises. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of capital. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial adviser.

1. The Service

StockPrecog screens equities and ETFs and produces model-based forecasts. Five independent "precogs" each score a name on a scale from -1 to +1; a consensus fuses them into one rating across multiple horizons. All scores are model output and probabilities — measures of signal quality — not statements of fact about future prices.

2. AI-generated content

Some of our social media content features AI-generated presenters ("The Precogs"). These are synthetic characters, not real people. AI-generated content is labelled as such in line with platform policies. The financial information presented remains educational and is not investment advice.

3. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party platform (e.g. TikTok, Meta) on which you access our content.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may close your account at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, text, graphics, characters and branding, is owned by StockPrecog or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share our public social content in accordance with the relevant platform's features, but you may not copy, repackage or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

6. Third-party platforms & data

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data. Links and integrations with third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that forecasts will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPrecog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
